Scott Winkler has been in education since 1993 and in New London since 2024. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Norbert College, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin-Milwukee, and a Doctor of Philosophy in English from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Scott is also the author of two books, the short story collection The Wide Turn Toward Home and the novel The Meadow.
